The City of Chireno Municipal Gas System provides natural gas service to residential and commercial customers in Chireno, Texas. Contact City Hall with any questions about your account or service.
Bills Mailed
Bills are mailed out on the 1st day of every month. Failure to receive a bill does not waive penalties, disconnection, or reconnect fees.
Payment Due
Bills are due the 17th of every month. If the 17th falls on a weekend or holiday, payment is due the next business day.
The amount shown on your payment stub is now due. Failure to pay by 4:00 PM on the due date will result in a late charge of 10% or a maximum of $50.00.
Past Due & Disconnection Policy
If your bill shows a past due amount, your account is subject to disconnection. If service is disconnected, the full account balance plus a $125.00 reconnect fee must be paid in full before service will be restored.

- In person or by mail: Print any form, complete it, and bring it to City Hall or mail to P.O. Box 87, Chireno, TX 75937.
